Power BI Gateway Personal : An unknown status error has occurred.

Hello, Download the Power BI Personal Gateway, I installed it on the computer, but at the time of configuring authentication it gives error. Appears: An unknown status error has occurred. If I do not close the window the message changes to: Please wait while the gateway connects to the service. can anybody help me?

Hi @fbjras12,

 

Which do you mean "at the time of configuring authentication it gives error"? Can you share a picture? Are you able to install and configure the personal gateway successfully?

 

You an take a look at this article use Fiddler trace the session or check Event Log: Tools for troubleshooting.
