Power BI Gateway Issue

Hi Experts, I am pretty much new to the power bi gateway service. Since, last week my dataset has been refreshed on scheduled basis but yesterday when i have published my report, data refresh is not happening because there is no gateway.

Data Source I am using is : Azure Data Explorer(Kusto)

I have installed the On-Prem Gateway but unable to see the custom connectors folder

Also, when i tried to add data source in the gateway am unable to find the Azure Data Explorer(Kusto). Please find the below screensot.

Due to this without proper gatway setup and without having connectors to connect to azure data explorer, scheduled refresh is not happening.

Can anyone help me on this and provide some solution.

Check options under Gateway Cluster Settings and create a support ticket if necessary.
