Hello All,
We are having free license of Power BI. Is there any issue in data source or dataset configuration/refresh schedule in "My Workspace" if we use free license. We are facing issue while configuring data source credentail for a refresh of Office 365 excel.
Thanks,
PBI V2

Hi @Anonymous
If you have a free license, you can set scheduled refresh in 'My Workspce' , You can refer to the following link to know more about the related features the free license can work.

Based on the information you have offered, you use the excel as a datasource, it is a local data source, it is better to upload the excel file to onedrive or sharepoint so that you can set the schduled refresh. You can refer to the following link.

Developing using a Free License is inherently limited. On the other hand, this changes in different ways when developing using a paid license.
If this question is related to the previous recent forum posts by you, then perhaps you should step back and refer to your development and project documentation for working sample PBIX reference files. The following video offered known and working guidance and follows best practices.
