Power BI Filter Pane - Data Field with a variable

Hello

Can I use a variable in the Data Field within the Filter Pane.

I.e.: the Data Field has a variable (see example) and this variable gets the value from another table/page.

    Hi, Heinrich 

     

    Can you provide some sample data or simple pbix files? Sensitive information can be removed in advance. What kind of expected results do you expect? You can also show it with pictures.

    Hello Charlotte

    Hope you are well. As said 

     

    one page with the data called KPI's

    one page with the time called TIME

     

    The KPI have in the visuals a filter called Duration

    The TIME have a table with a column "time" with the number i.e. 7

     

    The visuals in KPI with the filter Duration is not expressed as a fixed time but as a variable $time

    which refers to the page TIME and to the table / column "time"

     

    Is that explanatory
