Power BI Filter Issue

The market filter is not working as it’s supposed to.
For example:
When I select “EU” as a market, the matrix will be filtered on dashboards that ONLY have “EU” as a market.

The requirement is that it should return all values that CONTAIN “EU” as a market, see example:
