Power BI File Sharing

Hi,

 

I wanted to share .pbix file, data is on SQL Server. How that other person can access the existing file (Which has multiple dashboards) and load data to see the insights?

 

I tried doing as open that particular file with dashboards and then load data from server but after that the table shows as copy of first one, e.g. I have Table1 and then after loading data it shows as "Table1(2)" and then i have two table of same name.

 

How I can open the .pbix file that too connected with data?

        Ok so check in your step if you have any filter or merge that will reduce your data but I can't help you if I haven't more information.
