Power BI/Essbase Connector Error
Hi lnerii94 ,
Open your Essbase tool and run the same query that Power BI is using. If the query returns results normally, then the issue might be within Power BI. If it fails, the issue may be with the Essbase server or query logic.
Ensure your Essbase connector is up to date. Sometimes, older versions have compatibility issues.
Once try accessing the Essbase endpoint directly:
in browser
curl -v https://<essbase-server-endpoint>if it's an HTML page with an error message, that confirms the issue is on the server side.

The issue was solved, the network team restarted the XMLA service in the Essbase server. Now the connection between Power BI and Essbase is working.

Hi v-echaithra Sorry for the late response.
The network team is still working in check if all the services are up in the Essbase Server, it seems the Apt/XMLA service doesn't work well. I'm going to mark as solution because is not a Power BI issue, but thank you for the advices, you help me a lot to figure out it was not a PBI Desktop problem.
