Hi clairermarsh

However even though the codes match a large number of the locations are being dropped in other countries. I then tried to use the "Location type" wizard but to no avail.

does your data file contain many locations that should not show in your Arc Map visualisation in this scenario?

Thanks for geting back to me, all the locations are in South Australia, the same location as my reference layer.
