Power BI Embedded Workaround Possiblity?

Can I put my dataset on Pro license and put the report under embedded capacity?? so that my refresh's can work and external users can view the reports on embedded application ? is this possible?

    hey, 

    the behavior for the embedded reports its something like this:

    1) Change PBIX and Publish - this updates the dataset in the Power BI Service. Change is immediate to the dataset

    2) In the Service, the report updates and the dashboard updates based on an automated schedule looking at the dataset.

    3) Publish to Web generated reports auto refresh about 1x every hour. There is no way you can manually initiate a refresh of the published report.

    there a delay on the refresh data on web report, as far as I know you cant auto initiate a refresh unless you re publish the dataset.
