Power BI Embed vs Premium

Hello Everyone. 

I am currently working on embedding our Power BI Dashboards into a Web Application that will be accessed by external customers. In this context, I have a couple of questions regarding the application of Row Level Security (RLS) on these embedded dashboards:

1. Applying Row Level Security for Specific Clients: How can we configure the embedded dashboard to display data specific to each client? For example, for Client ABC, only ABC-related data should be visible. Do we need to purchase licenses for all our customers to implement this?

2. Implementation of Row Level Security:

   • Should we pass parameters for RLS from the API call to the Power BI dashboard?
   • Or, do we create the Row Level Security directly within Power BI?

Additionally, should I go for Embedded or Premium? 

I would appreciate any insights or guidance on these queries.
