Power BI - Drillthrough differnt column

I have a power BI report with employee details, I would like to have an option to drillthrough an employee and go to a different page and who all it's dependants information, the problem is when filtering through the ID it filters to that single person. I need the ID to filter to a different column where I have the ID for the boss of each person. Is it possible?
