Power BI Desktop with Azure Active Directory

I am new to Power BI , I have some quries about Power BI
How can I use Power BI Desktop with My SAAS Application ?
1)How and where to publish Powr BI Desktop Application .
2)It is necessary to use Active Directory for Pulishing Power BI Desktop for SAAS application ,
3)What willl be the Best approch to use Power BI with SAAS application, So I can integrate Power BI in my Application and also economical for me

For publish feature, you can refer to below document:
2)It is necessary to use Active Directory for Pulishing Power BI Desktop for SAAS application.
You can simply publish your report to power bi service, then embed it to Azure SAAS application.
3)What willl be the Best approch to use Power BI with SAAS application, So I can integrate Power BI in my Application and also economical for me
