Power BI Desktop version Does not allow full screen

It appears that what once use to, the power BI (desktop version) does not allow for Full Screen.  There is no action under the view menu or anywhere else.   To have a report and not be able to view full screen makes no sense.   Is there anything i am missing?  We are not currently publishing to the web.   Some articles i read, states there version does?   Any help or guidance, and if anyone can explain why they would take this out?

    Full screen has been removed from PBI Destop you can use other layouts in view tab

      Do we know why this has been removed.  Make 0 sense.

    So we have to publish to be able to have it in fullscreen? That is weird that this option was removed.
