Power BI Desktop sign in error

Hi All,   I am facing problem in signing through desktop power BI. can anyone help me.    Regards, MM

When you go through the sign-in process, can you walk me through the steps you are taking? For example, are you trying to use a Work Account or a personal account?

Thanks for quick response. I am using work account to signin however my online account is wrking perfect.

    Hmm, wondering if it is some kind of firewall or proxy issue. You can turn on tracing, File | Options & Settings | Options | Diagnostics | Enable Tracing. Try signing-in and then send a frowny face to support (upper left) and send them the trace file.
