Power BI Desktop refreshing tables
Odd issue started yesterday in Power BI Desktop. When right clicking an individual table and choosing "Refresh Data" nothing happened. Then when attempting to select any Ribbon command or close the PBIX everything seemed "locked up."
CTRL-ALT-DEL was needed to close the Desktop editor.
After restarting PBI desktop, I could, however, choose Refresh from the ribbon to refresh all tables (I usually only update the tables with new data to save alot of time)

Hi all,
Received feedback on a similar issue yesterday. There is a temporary option to roll back to the May version of desktop as a workaround.
Re: Load screen not displaying when mannually refr... - Microsoft Fabric CommunityThe strange thing is that in my case the Load window shows up fine when the June version is refreshed. Can you share some more info to help me replicate this? Like what data source is being used, what connection mode, etc.
Thanks.Best Regards,
Gao

It seems like there might be a bug. When I refresh a table, I cannot see the pop-up box that shows the refresh progress, however, it is refreshing. I watched my task manager where it shows CPU usage increases after clicking Refresh Data and after some time, I do see that the refresh does complete.
