Power BI Desktop on Windows Server 2016 STANDARD

Hello,

 

What is finally the supportability of Power BI Desktop on a Windows Server 2016 Std ?

 

I can see that on download page that it seems not, but on differerent thread we can read that yes, on other no, ... confusing.

    Hi hervema ，

    Please refer the the minimum requirements to run Power BI Desktop:

    So Windows Server 2016 should install power bi desktop if it meets the minimum requirements, here is the official document: Minimum requirements 

    As for it is not shown in the download page, maybe it could be ignored, I can't determine. The staff of power bi product team has confirmed this problem previously:

    But I would better suggest you take official documents as final reference.
