Power BI Desktop not refreshing

I have a few queries connected to Excel spreadsheet +25MB and cannot refresh data (refresh is just keep spinning). Today it just crashed showing those errors

I tried clearing cache, parallel load on/off, background download on/off and nothing seems to work.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?

    Anonymous check if the excel is open while you are refreshing.

      Try refreshing one table at a time. You can do this by right-clicking on the table in the Fields area and selecting Refresh.

    AbbasG it does not make any difference whether excel is open or closed. Still not refreshing

    ToddChitt there is one excel file 25MB (other ones have a few dozens of lines only) with no formulas and it keeps spinning when refreshing one table at the time
