I have installed new version of power BI, but I'm facing below error when trying to open power BI desktop.

Agree with @Expiscornovus , please try to install the latest version of Power BI Desktop from the official website.
And please make sure WebView2 is up to date. You can update WebView2 by installing the latest Windows updates and WebView2 updates.
You need to make sure your computer configuration meets the following requirements:
If the above methods do not work, it is possible that some configuration files of your computer are damaged or missing. Please check whether the configuration files of your own computer are complete.

I see you are using an older version of Power BI Desktop (August 2024 QFE 1)

Since that release some bugs have been fixed. Might be good to update your Power BI Desktop application first to see if you can reproduce this with the latest version as well (November 2024 QFE 2).
