Super Userpotatoshapedman , if the machine is 64 bit, Prefer a 64-bit power bi desktop.
I did try installing the 64 bit version, but encountered the same issue. Software failed to start and crashed.
I am going to try installing the November 2020 version to see if it starts so I can enable tracing.
