Power BI Desktop and Office

i need to know in which Office version i can find Power BI Desktop (and also his service)

I'm using it on a Office 365 E3 license, but i can't find any information about other version.

Thats how you locate Power BI Service.  The Desktop program is downloaded through a link inside the Power BI menus (in the top right).

i know app.powerbi.com, but it ask me a microsoft office account: i want to know what office will support that app.powerbi.com

it now work with a office 365 E3 edition, but it will works also with office 365 proplus or enterprise e1?

EDIT:

if i bought a power bi pro edition, i will not need an office account?
