Power BI Desktop WebView2 Out Of Memory

Hello, Team.

 

 I  am facing Webview issue. It has become frequently continuouly disrupting our work and hampering business continuity. 

 This is resulting in all the apps closing abruptly and starting afresh whenever it comes up.

 Can you suggest the possible fixes and next steps ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft fabric Community Forum.
    MFelix Thanks for quick response, In additon to that let me add some more insights as below : 

    • Set an Environment Variable:
      Close Power BI Desktop. Go to Windows Settings > About > Advanced system settings and select Environment Variables and Start Power BI Desktop again to check if it works now.
      If it does, remember to delete the environment variable after testing.
    • If the issue persists, try uninstalling and then reinstalling WebView2. You can download the WebView2 runtime from the below link.
    • Sometimes clearing cached data can help and delete it if necessary.

    Hola a todos,

    Estoy trabajando con un modelo 3D dentro de Power BI utilizando 3DBI (modelo importado desde SketchUp en formato .glb). El informe funciona correctamente, pero al intentar visualizar o interactuar con el modelo, Power BI Desktop muestra el siguiente error: Power BI Desktop WebView2 Out Of Memory

    Después de unos segundos, la aplicación se congela o se cierra automáticamente, redirigiéndome a este foro.

     

    ¿Alguien más ha tenido este problema al utilizar visuales 3D en Power BI o con 3DBI?

    ¿Existe alguna configuración avanzada o límite de memoria para WebView2 que se pueda ajustar?
