Power BI Desktop WAM error
Hello everyone...
Im new in this forum so pls bear with me.
Does anyone experienced this kind of error when logging in their account? I tried entering my outlook with gmail as primary email but still can't login.

Thanks for your quick response!
Yes, you need to have either work or school email address to sign up Power BI. Where you cannot sign up using email address provided consumer email service or telecommunication providers such as outlook.com, Hotmail.com, gmail.com and others.

According to your description, when you login in , you encounter the error code "Internal Error Code: 557973634".
As searched , i found the same error code cases , the link is here :

10st:I was having the same issue. I opened Word and signed in there. When I opened Power Bi and clicked Sign In I entered the email, like I had been doing before when getting the problem, and when it came to that popup to choose the account associated with the email I saw two options this time, I clicked on the one that said Work or School Account under the email and it logged me in!
14st:For me solution was to rollback to April 2023 version.

Hello! I tried the first option, i logged in in excel using my 365 account but still error shows. I will try to install the April 2023 version if it still persist...
v-yueyunzh-msft hi, I already installed the April 2023 version and it seemed to work. My only problem now is that, i do have a 365 subscription but my gmail email is the primary use in Account aliases. Now, whenever I login it says:
You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead.
Is my email not enough? Pls anyone to 😥 help
