NKData Perhaps an issue with WebView2 installation? How to check for(and install) WebView2 – Knowledge Base (templafy.com)

You could check the Issues forum here:

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

    Hi NKData ,

First of all, thank you Greg_Deckler  for the quick reply. Did the reply help you solve your problem? If so, please mark it as a solution. If not, you can try the following:

(1)Uninstall the Microsoft Store version of Power BI and install the single installer from the Microsoft Power BI page:

    Downloads | Microsoft Power BI

Additionally, try running Power BI Desktop as an administrator.

    (2)Clear Power BI Cache.

Close Power BI Desktop. -> Navigate to `C:\Users\[Your Username]\Microsoft\Power BI Desktop\`. - >Delete all files within this folder. - >Try opening Power BI again.

    Best Regards,

    Neeko Tang
