Hi everyone,
I’ve recently encountered an issue with Power BI where it gets stuck during startup. Specifically, it shows "Not Responding" even before any report is opened, and this occurs on the home page.
Here are the steps I’ve already tried to resolve the issue:
Has anyone experienced this problem before or have any suggestions on how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Your problem has happened to a lot of people before you, but they are different, and based on past experience, I'll try to provide you with a few measures to see if they can help you solve your problem:
1. Try to run it as administrator
2. You can download Power Bi Desktop without microsoft, in the link I sent you, some users have problems here.
Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center
3.You have to make sure your computer is 64 bit, because a 32 bit computer cannot run 64 bit programmes.
4. You can also repair and reset Power Bi Desktop in windows setting.
5. You need to make sure that NET Framework 4.7 (or 4.8) is installed and enabled, which is required for Power BI applications to create a runtime environment for them.
What to do if Power BI won't launch? (windowsreport.com)
6. If your pbix file is encrypted, here is the documentation I found for you.
