Power BI Desktop Starting Issues
I was recently working on Multilingual Report in POWER BI so i downloaded .Net Frameworks for Translations Builder(tool).
after i deleted .Net as the tool was throwing errors, my power bi is not working as well. also my other programs such as SSMS isnt starting. i tried reparing .Net and also reinstalled it to supported versio but i cant find any fix on the onternet regarding this issue. Posting a Screenshot. this error pops up as soon as i start program. Quick help will be appreciated. Thanks.

You can refer the following links to try to solve your problem:

After replacing machine.config backup file from the following path "C:\Windows\Microsoft.Net\Framework\V4.0.30319\config\machine.config"
Now its resolved and power BI working now.
But before replacing take backup of your machine.config file.
