Power BI Desktop Screen Loads Partially / Failure to Load

Dear all,

I looked on the forum but didn't find an answer. 

When I try to open Power BI Desktop (by launching the program or an already created file), the screen interface fails to load as normal. As you can see on the screenshot it only loads on a tiny space, and the rest of the interface is just black. It makes it impossible to work on reports.

Is there any advice or help you can share?
- I uninstalled and re-installed it 2x (twice) but the problem still happens again.
- Rebooting the computer or disconnecting the network don't help either.

My Power BI Desktop Version: 2.70.5494.761 64-bit (June 2019)
