Power BI Desktop - Refresh at launch
Hi everyone, Is it possible to automatically refresh data at the launch of power bi desktop instead of clicking on the Refresh button? Thanks Jean-Nicolas
You probably could implement an automation process like that but why do you need that? You can schedule refreshes in Power BI service
My data source is 2 Access files stored localy on my PC.
From my understanding I need to refresh data in Power BI Desktop and then publish the report so data can be up to date in my workspace.
I've read a few things about gateways but as I'm working exclusively in local, PBI Desktop seemed to be great.
Now I open my pbix file everyday and it happened a few times that I forgot to click on refresh. If it could refresh automatically at launch I could be sure that my data are up to date.
