Power BI Desktop Refresh Slow

I just updated to the latest Power BI Desktop Version: 2.47.4766.801 64-bit (June 2017).   Since the update, when I attempt to Refresh the data from the local driver, the data loads are very slow. ...

    Hi DavidW,

    one other thing to turn off (just to diagnose) in the settings dialog:

    Current File->Data Load->Auto Date/Time

     

    With this off, try refresh again


    Here is a similar thread in which a workaround was mentioned. Could you go to check if it helps in your scenario. :smileyhappy:
