Power BI Desktop Refresh Slow

I just updated to the latest Power BI Desktop Version: 2.47.4766.801 64-bit (June 2017).

Since the update, when I attempt to Refresh the data from the local driver, the data loads are very slow.  It took about 5 minutes to complete,  before the update it was less than a minute.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks
David

Hi @DavidW,

one other thing to turn off (just to diagnose) in the settings dialog:

Current File->Data Load->Auto Date/Time

With this off, try refresh again

Here is a similar thread in which a workaround was mentioned. Could you go to check if it helps in your scenario. Smiley Happy
