We now have several users having an authentication issue just with Power BI Desktop RS (no issue with standard Power BI Desktop).
When they try to sign-in, they enter their organization email address, click "Continue", but nothing happens and they don't see the pop-up Microsoft accounts panel.
Most of the other users are fine with both apps.
