Hi, does the 8 "Refresh rate for Power BI datasets" per day for Power BI Pro apply for the 'Page Refresh' function in Power BI Desktop (as seen in the picture below)?
If not, what does it mean? Thank you!

sure, the 8 times per day are the schedualed refresh on Power BI service.

no, this is used for direct query, since direct query reads near live data so this refreshes the page so it retrieves the data from direct query. So this doesn't refresh the data spurce, it just refresh the page.
