Power BI Desktop - Outlook Calendar data fields not displaying categories

Evening All,

I have just connected an Outlook calendar via the Power BI Desktop and slecting Microsoft Exchange but have noticed that all the categories that I created in the Outlook calendar were not displaying as a colummn option in the data field. I can see that you can add a column but does anyone know how I can automatically upload my category options as a column into Power Bi as I would like to produce reports easily using those options. Thank you,

Thank you v-easonf-msft  for your response. The Categories that I was refering to are the ones that users can create themselves to identify calendar entries like Annual Leave, External Meeting, Protected Time. However, yesterday after I messaged on this forum I tried again myself and discovered the Power BI Query and filtered my columns more efficiently and saw my category column. I then was able to download all the categories that I had in there and was able to answer my own question.

    Hi, Alexa2022

I'm not sure what you mean by the category options.

Can you share relevant screenshots to further illustrate the problem?
