Power BI Desktop - Oracle Database & Unable to Connect Errors

Hi, All,

I am having trouble connecting to an Oracle Database through Power BI Desktop.

The first error I get when attempting to connect is as follows:

I bypass that and enter my connection information but get the following error when attempting to connect:

I have been working with our IT Department, and we have downloaded and installed the latest ODAC per the instructions on the Microsoft website linked in the error. We have reinstalled my Oracle Client, as well.

Has anyone experienced this, and how did you overcome these errors?

We have other users in the company who have successfully connected to the same Oracle database I am attempting to connect to through Power BI Desktop.

Any advice would be appreciated!
