Power BI Desktop On premise Sharing without Report Server

because you do not want
- to share the pbix
- to use Power BI Report Server
- to use Power BI Service
you can not share your report.

Hey ozcano1 ,
depending on your data source, you can use the connection mode "DirectQuery." This connection mode does not require that data will be copied to the Power BI Service. This article explains the differences of the connection modes: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-use-directquery

Thank you for quick answer. If I am to use Power BI Service, do I need deploy my power bi solution (data) to cloud or is login to the powerbi.microsoft.com only required for licensing reasons?
