Power BI Desktop On premise Sharing without Report Server

Hello

I want to use Power BI Desktop for on premise. I do not want to use report server version since it does not contain field parameters option which is in preview.

What are the possible ways to share my report to the users? (Sharepoint, web links etc.?)

What are the requirements for each possible way; such as which version I need (Pro or Premium etc.), do I need Azure account etc.? And how can I test them without paying paying upfront license fee, since before licensing I need to be sure that field parameters option still working after I shared the report.

If I repeat myself, I do not want to use neither Power BI service (my company does not want cloud hosting) nor Power BI Report Server (field parameters option does not exist).

Also, I do not want to share pbix file (large) itself or export it to pdf (report should be dynamic). Additionally, I have seen Power BI template file option, but this does not seem to be practical since user has to wait for data refresh after he/she opens the pbit file (I cannot work live since data is very large, it has to be import mode. Also I cannot use tabular model (analysis server) since field parameters does not work with it)

NOTE 1: If you know how to do field parameters like reports, that suggestion will be appreciated too. But suggestion on following link is not good enough since it does not allow selection of multiple dimensions at the same time

NOTE 2: I also know that Microsoft is not planning to include field parameters in coming releases yet.

Thank you for quick answer. If I am to use Power BI Service, do I need deploy my power bi solution (data) to cloud or is login to the powerbi.microsoft.com only required for licensing reasons?
