Power BI Desktop Not Opening

When I open Power BI Desktop I recieve the following error message:

Hi! try a quick test. 
Run Power BI Desktop as Administrator.
If it opens, it’s almost certainly a security/permission block.

Then... if still fails even when running as Administrator, then the problem is almost certainly not user permissions ...it’s usually environment or engine startup failure in Power BI desktop

@Ryan_Thungela , Make sure no Windows updates are pending. Install any pending windows update and then reinstall Power BI and try
