Power BI Desktop March 2018 update Crashing frequently

Has anyone else experienced the new March 2018 update freezing up when in query editor? 2018 so far has not been great for the desktop tool. Please stop rushing these out without checking the basics... Performance is a must here surely? 

Struggling to justify the use of this tool in it's current form to some of our clients. 

The desktop tool is just becoming too flakey lately...

My desktop version has virutally almost never crashed, but after the march 2018 update i can't even load it, even if I revert it to an earlier version (even with a clean install).. I'm in the middle of a big project as well...

I have been using Feb version for a while, and I notice it crashes quite often. The Power BI team said they would fix the crashes in March update, but it seems like the issue is still remained yet. In the meantime, I probably hold off on upgrade to March version.
