Thankyou, pankajnamekar25 , for your response.

    Hi Rita2,

We appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

The error AADSTS5004 occurs when the user account does not exist in the Azure Active Directory (AAD) of the organisation attempting to authenticate in Power BI. This indicates that your 21v account is not recognised in the required directory.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps outlined below:

    1. Ensure that the user account you are attempting to log in with exists in the directory. You may confirm this by consulting your IT administrator or by checking through the Azure Active Directory portal.

    2. Since you mentioned that logging in via a particular PC and network is successful, please verify that network settings and configurations remain consistent across devices.

    3. Try accessing Power BI through a web browser instead of using Power BI Desktop.

    4. If your network employs a proxy authentication server, please ensure that the necessary domains are added to the allowlist. The required domains include: app.powerbi.com,api.powerbi.com,all domains within the *.analysis.windows.net namespace.

    5. Ensure that all redirect pages or providers in the redirect chain utilise HTTPS URLs, as this is essential for the authentication process to function correctly.

    6. If the issue persists, consider uninstalling and reinstalling Power BI Desktop.

Should you find our response helpful, kindly mark it as the accepted solution and provide kudos. This will assist other community members facing similar concerns.

    Thank you.
