Power BI Desktop Installation

I am receiving an error when attempting to download Power BI Destop.

      Receiving the following error:

       

      Sign in again. 

      Then try again.

      PUR-AuthenticationFailure

        Try to sign in microsoft after closting the error with email and receiving error account does not exist.
