On opening Power BI Desktop (not a PBIX, the application), I get the splash screen saying "formatting just got easier," which I can close, and the outline of the regular splash screen at which point I can do nothing. Can't even resize or close the window.

@saber123456 Does your machine meet the minimum requirements for Power BI Desktop? You could check the Issues forum here:

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".
Any idea how to open an actual ticket? I have Pro but I'm caught in a loop of a virtual agent showing me unhelpful FAQs.
My computer has been able to run it before.
