Power BI Desktop - Copilot
Hello Community,
I have a question regarding the use of Copilot in PowerBI.
What is the cheapest way for a company to use Copilot in PowerBI for maximum 5 people?
What is the cheapest way to use Copilot in PowerBI as a private person / student?

Currently, Copilot for Power BI is only available for organizations who have purchased a Fabric F64 Capacity or higher. Not even a Trial Capacity, despite it being of size F64, is enough for Copilot.

If you think the 5000 USD per month reservation price is too steep, it is possible to Pay As You Go, and simply start/stop the capacity when you need it, only paying for the duration used. I do however foresee that it would not be a good long term solution in your case, as your Power BI reports will stop working when you pause the capacity.

The requirements were mentioned below:
- You need a P1 or F64 or above licence(Premium capacity or Fabric capacity)
- Your tenant admin needs to have enabled it for the tenant(if your tenant admin, cant see this setting, it means it means it has not yet rolled out to your tenant)
- Free fabric licence cant be used copilot.
