Power BI Desktop App: no toolbar or ribbon

My Power BI Desktop App has no toolbar or ribbon. No success with uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. What is the fix?

I've also had this issue yesterday.  

Download PowerBI desktop

Opens fine

Open template

Opens without any ribbon, buttons, nothing

Now, when trying to open Power BI Desktop (without template), still blank.

Sincerely apologize if there are too many notification email from community, I got some error when upload the screenshot (it does not show up after post) , then I try edit previous post several times to make it work.

If your Power BI Desktop looks like this, Please try click the down arrow in the upper right corner or double-click the “home”.

Or you can try use the updated ribbon feature. Open the options, click the Preview features and select the updated ribbon. Restart the Power BI Desktop and check the toolbar or ribbon.

Have you tried to reproduce this issue on the latest version of Power BI Desktop which released two weeks ago?

If it doesn’t work, could you please show the screenshot to us after removing any confidential information(such as account name)?
