Power BI Desktop - All Report View Pages Blank Intermittently
I have a weird intermittent issue and I'm hoping someone else maybe has any ideas on how to solve.
This issue started a few weeks ago and it seems to be getting worse. I'd say now about 3x per day, when I go to open a Power BI report in Desktop, every page on the report view is blank even though it should be full of visuals. I can view the data view and the model without any problems, but the report view is blank. I can close the report, and reopen, and the same issue persists, or I can try opening a different report, and I get the same issue. I have to restart my machine for it to go away, so it's annoying and it's slowing me down.
Power BI Desktop is up to date, running: 2.122.746.0 64-bit (October 2023) (x64)
And I'm running Windows 10: Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621
Anyone have any ideas?

I experienced the same issue, but closing and reopening the report fixed it. This has never happened to me before until I updated my Desktop version to 2.122.746.0 64-bit (October 2023), in Windows 11 build 22621.2283.
I couldn't reproduce it either.
Have you enabled some of the experimental features in the PBI Desktop?
Has the file been originally created with some older version of PBI Desktop? If you create a new file with the latest desktop version, can you reproduce the issue with it?

I ran into similar problem for one of the reprts on PBI desktop. The visuals in the report were visible in online report, but not via desktop. Finally i unchecked all the "preview features" under "options" and I was able to see the report on PBI desktop (the report was created a couple of years ago, so the PBI desktop version used was older when I created that report)
