Power BI Designs

I want to share part of my reports. What do you think about? I would like to start a group and teach people online how to create this kind of interactive and beautiful reports from zero.     AMAZING WORK!!! 

    How did you get the people pictogram?  I have been trying to do that in R with no luck.

    Mykhael, how did you do the grid in the Posts pages? I've been looking for a way to wrap text, which you've done. Great work!
