Some finished layers url .json  work fine for me.

Can someone explain to me how to convert a local file topojson
what would I get correct  url .json

As mentioned here, Note that you’ll need to put your topojson-formatted maps on a web server; the Tips page of the sample reports have guidance about how to do that.

Where is this "Tips" page? I cannot find it for the life of me.
