    Anonymous try somethign like this:

     

    Measure = 
CALCULATE ( 
    COUNTROWS ( 'Calendar' ), 
    FILTER ( 
        ALLSELECTED ( 'Calendar'[Date] ), 
        'Calendar'[Date] <= MAX ( 'Calendar'[Date] )
