Power BI Create Poster/ Document

We want to use Power BI to connect Azure DB & Azure Blob and the generate a Poster. ( Or a word document more suitable)

So the Azure DB stores the Text and Images store in Azure BlOB

There have relationship between each line in Azure DB's one Table and the Azure Blob images. 

And the Document content would be list all the text content and images by sequence.

（ We do need use Power BI to get this file rather Power automate/Azure Function )
