Power BI Cost Management App

The Cost Management App available for download,  has on the Overview page:  "You can use as is or download it in Power BI desktop"  , the option to download the pbix file is not available.   

I connected to the dataset to create custom reports, I can not modified any of the fields including the TagsAsJson which displays as [Record ].

I am also hoping that we can download the pbix to have more custumized report.

Is it  possible that the role you created under the current account  only assigned  with read-only permissions?

I have read only permission to Cost and Billing data.  But I downloaded and installed the app.

I have not been able to down the pbix file.  I don't think you can download an App.
