Power BI Connectivity with Oracle Database

Hi Experts,

To connect Oracle Database with Power BI Desktop, what and all to be installed in that local machine.

I want to connect the Oracle Database of 19C(19.3.0.0) with Power BI Desktop (Version: 2.88.1144.0 64-bit ). Power BI Desktop was installed in my local Windows Machine( Server 2012 R2).

I have installed only Oracle ODAC (64-bit ODAC 12c Release 4 (12.1.0.2.4) for Windows x64 - 287 MB) from this link (https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/odac-downloads.html) and updated the tnsnames.ora file (E:\app\client\famis\product\12.1.0\client_1\Network\Admin) accordingly.

Now, When I opened Power BI Desktop and trying to connect the below message is appearing. Please guide me if anything I am missing.
