Hello All,
I am trying to make Oracke ADW connection from Power BI desktop, however it keeps spinning for long time without any error. Can someone please help me with probable resolution?
I followed step-by-step tutorial guide to learn how to connect Oracle Autonomous Database but still not able to connect.

Hi @shekharjadhav -You need to have the Oracle Data Access Client (ODAC) installed. Ensure that the ODAC version is compatible with both your Oracle ADW and Power BI. Check if you have the right client (32-bit or 64-bit) installed to match your Power BI Desktop.
Ensure your TNSNAMES.ORA file is correctly configured with the connection details to Oracle ADW. You can find this file in the Oracle client installation folder. Make sure the connection string is correct and matches the details provided in Oracle ADW's wallet.
Go to File > Options and Settings > Options > Privacy in Power BI and ensure that the data source privacy levels are not set to block the connection. Set the privacy levels to either Organizational or None, depending on your data governance requirements.
Ensure you are following the exact steps for connection as per the guide provided by Oracle. You should be using the ODBC connection method or Oracle Database connector depending on your configuration. Ensure you download and set up the Oracle Instant Client with the correct TNS entries and wallet configuration.
